  13. Announcing a new contest on the World Wide Web for composers of original
  14. standard midi files.  Winners will have their compositions available for
  15. downloading in the Top 10 as well as a brief description and links to 
  16. their email and/or home pages.  This contest serves primarily to offer 
  17. emerging composers a chance to have their works showcased as well as 
  18. providing a place for anybody to see and hear what today's composers are 
  19. doing.  The frequency by which new winners will be anounced will depend on 
  20. the amount of response the contest generates, but I'm hoping it will turn
